"I have been put thru the ringer when it comes to insurance. "I was looking to switch from Progressive to anyone that helped me! I did some research and got a huge list of places to call and talk insurance. Many conversations went no where. Telling me they couldn’t do better than Progressive or they worked with Progressive and could only offer that solution. I refuse to work with Nationwide after they added some random person to my father’s insurance plan years ago while he was in a coma in the hospital. Made so many changes without verifying any information. Nationwide was a no go and still have no interest in that conversation. That left pretty much any other insurance open. I called and talked to a lady (sorry I’m terrible with names), told her what I was looking for, what I have, what I need. Say no more! She hooked me up with a quote which was much better coverage, and cheaper than I had with progressive. I went from paying $180/month full coverage with no accidents, no tickets, no bad remarks to less than $120/month. When it came time to sign my policy, they ask you to come to the office because they like to put a name to the face. They are more old school too which I love. They talk to you. That want to know what’s important to you and your needs. They try to stay and work within your budget while giving the best options and coverage. I sat and talked to my agent for over 2 hours. She explained every bit of insurance, coverage, what it means to have or not have, the benefits of the benefit. As we talked about future plans and the way life changes, she was able to offer helpful insight to what additional products they may be able to offer. At the end of the day, someone willing to sit down and explain insurance and coverages, without talking down to you like your stupid goes far with me. They had conversations and at no point told me what I should or shouldn’t do based on their opinions. Even after I signed, I had questions about renting a car on vacation. They were able to offer a solution and even suggested when I end the coverage so I didn’t get charged for something I didn’t need. I am very pleased with every interaction I’ve had. I felt confident in their answers and solutions. Felt like part of the family and not some strange conversation. I recommend their services to anyone looking to switch or just to answer your insurance questions!"
